In-Person Events

High level performers with extensive Broadway credits will be part of a special evening of performances from Broadway’s greatest musicals. The performance will consist of musical material selected by the event client. Our Broadway cast will be in full costume, inspired by the original Broadway costume designs, and accompanied by a live band. This experience can feature a large cast of singers and dancers or a smaller principal cast.

Broadway shows normally selected for this kind of experience include: Hamilton, Mamma Mia, Wicked, Dear Evan Hansen, Waitress, Headestown, Moulin Rouge, Six, Lion King, Phantom of the Opera, Jersey Boys, Kinky Boots, A Chorus Line, Grease, Les Misérables, Chicago, Beautiful, Cabaret and many others. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests or even a parody musical performance. 

An intimate cabaret-style performance featuring a small group of Broadway performers (1-8 performers). The music for this experience, selected by the event client, can include Broadway, jazz, rock, pop and American standards. Our Broadway cast appears in concert dress can be accompanied by a live band, piano/keyboard or pre-recorded tracks. This concert can be performed on one set or be spread-out over the course of your event. Our Broadway Events band can also supply background music for your event. 

Musical material normally selected for this experience includes: New York, New York, Fly me to the Moon, New York State of Mind, On Broadway, I Got the World on a String, Moving Out, Almost Like Being in Love, The Best is Yet to Come, The Impossible Dream, as well as music from the hit Broadway shows; Hamilton, Wicked, Six, Les Miserables, Moulin Rouge, Jersey Boys, Grease, Waitress, Cabaret, Chicago, Phantom of the Opera, The Lion King and many others. As with all our events we work with our clients to create a set list that is exciting to your guests. 

A special Broadway guest star performer or multiple star level performers will present a set(s) of music during your event with a live band or piano/keyboard. The performers used for these concerts are high level, in demand Broadway headliners who have multiple Broadway leading role credits, major award nominations and are considered among Broadway’s biggest stars. 

Broadway Stars available for this kind of experience include: Sierra Boggess, Linda Eder, Jeremy Jordan, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Annaleigh Ashford, Jessie Mueller, Danny Burstein, Leslie Kritzer, Alice Ripley, Stephanie J. Block, Laura Benanti, Ariana DeBose, Erika Henningsen, Cory Cott, Rachel Bay Jones, LaChanze, Liz Callaway, Norm Lewis, and many others. If there is specific talented requested by client, we will make every effort to check availability and rates. 

A Broadway performer meets your group in a private space before or after a Broadway performance. Your guests get insider backstage stories directly from the stars during their private question and answer session. The Meet & Greet can include autographs, plus group and individual photos. These events can take place in Broadway studio spaces, restaurants, hotel meetings rooms 

Our famous New York Kick Line ensemble dancers will dazzle your guests when they take to the stage to perform legendary musical numbers including: New York, New York, Lullaby of Broadway, One, Singing in the Rain and many others. The New York Kick Line can perform with a live singer and full band or with a musical track. You can add the New York Kick Line to any Broadway Events performance for your opening or closing act!

Our New York Kick Line performers have appeared as Rockettes at the wold famous Radio City Music Hall and on Broadway in shows including: Big Fish, Chicago, Something Rotten, Hello Dolly, Spamalot, Young Frankenstein, Contact, Cabaret, Pippin, Bullets over Broadway, A Chorus Line, The Producers, Holiday Inn, and On The Town.
